Tony Calimano
Founder of NSi(TM) apparel company and the NSi Field House here in Land O' Lakes, FL. Coach Tony graduated from Towson University with a degree in Kinesiology and will be the head trainer at NSi. Coach Tony's TWITCH training class will focus on developing power, speed, and rapid force prouduction. HIs goal is to help improve young athletes become more explosive and responsive athletes so they can excel in whichever sport they play. Certified Speed and Agility coach through American Sport and Fitness Association(ASFA).
Agustin Eduardo Alvarez Salazar
Please welcome Coach Alvarez to the NSi Field House team. Coach Alvarez will be offering hitting and fielding lessons at NSi. Coach Alvarez brings a lifetime of baseball passion and 15 years of high level playing experience in Cuba. After a career-ending injury forced him off the field as a player, he transitioned seamlessly into mentoring, dedicating himself to sharing his deep knowledge of hitting with the next generation of Latin American baseball talent. Coach Alvarez is eager to help young athletes achieve their dreams "one swing at a time."
Charles (Chaz) Aliano
NSi is honored to have Charles Aliano join the NSi staff bringing his seasoned experience to the "House." Chaz is a former coach and has spent the last 25 years as a professional MLB scout. Throughout his distinguished scouting career, he worked with the Toronto Blue Jays, Milwaukee Brewers, and Chicago Cubs. His background implies a deep expertise in talent evaluation, player development, and scouting industry. He has resided in our Land O' Lakes area for the past 20 years and is now dedicating his time preparing our area baseball and softball players to get their game ready for the next level.
